We emerged on the other side of the pass to make it back to South Africa. The natural beauty here is simply stunning. No wonder the Drakensberg is becoming a hotspot for hikers, climbers and lovers of the outdoors in general. The imposing summits began to recede as we made our way into the lower slopes, a seemingly endless undulation of green stretching to the ocean. It can’t get much better than this.
